Focus Groups

On Sunday mornings, after Kids 2:52 we have our focus groups. Kids learn Bible stories that are reinforced through activities and discussion with a caring adult.

Focus group leaders provide a small group environment for children to learn about the week's Bible story and discover ways to apply God's principles to everyday life. For kids who are engaged at home each week with the same story, the benefit in multiplied. Instead of leaning an isolated Bible story that may be forgotten by lunch, children are able to dive a little deeper into a story that is reinforced during the week. The parents are teaching the Bible at home and focus group leaders are able to bolster what the parents are telling their children. Every child needs a multitude of adults that provide positive support. Parents, Grandparents, uncles, aunts, friends all provide this support system. Focus group leaders provide one more link in the chain of support. The main objective of focus group leaders is to connect with kids. In this connecting a relation bride is built that allow these adults to teach God's truths.

These groups are divided as follows:

3 & 4 year olds in the "Noah's ark" room

Kindergarten - second grade in room 211

Third through Fifth grades in room 207

All of these classrooms are located on the second floor.
