What kind of person does God want you to be? Who is allowed to dwell in His presence? Find out in Psalm 15.

The foolishness of denying God leads to a life of wickedness. God is looking for worship that comes from the heart, not just from the lips.

Our words are very important. In Psalm 12, David contrasts the words of the wicked, which are arrogant, flattering, vain, lying, and deceitful, with the words of God, which are as flawless as silver refined seven times in a furnace. If we are to be like Him, our words must also be free from the dross of impure speech.

How do you pray? David goes beyond words to cry out to God. He begins each day with prayer and waits in expectation as God makes his way straight throughout the day.

We're going to work our way through the book of Psalms. No other book of the Bible teaches us more about worship. In this psalm, we learn what kind of person God desires. As we become what God made us to be, we will truly be blessed.

The whole point of a worship service is to bring Christians together to worship God. If the congregation is not actively involved in the worship service, there's no point in having one!
